"I had made some lifestyle changes and I was definitely seeing positive results in my life. And a few wrinkles under my eyes after losing some weight! It was then that I thought about how I was exercising my body but wondered if there was something I could do for my face.

Face Yoga can be done while sitting and is suitable for almost all levels of physical ability. Classes focus on gentle movement, at your pace and comfort level.
